With awareness of environmental protection growing,disposal of rubber tires has become a hot issue in the world.Traditional concrete incorporate scrap tires into rubber powder,which not only can make the partial functions of concrete performance improve significantly,but also it provides old tires with more processing methods.The article will demonstrate the mechanical properties according to put rubber powder into the cement mortar,which shows that the rate of the flexural strength is much smaller than that of the compressive strength,but the toughness of the specimen,the maximum strain,crack resistance have been enhanced,and the more larger the rubber powder content is,the more obvious the increasing trend is.In order to enhance the bonding strength of the rubber particles and cement matrix,five kinds of rubber powder pretreatment methods combined with SPSS software for experimental data analysis,showing the sodium hydroxide solution is the best.Considering the flexural strength,compressive strength,fatigue life,modulus of elasticity,ultimate tensile strain curve of the five indicators match C40 rubber cement concrete mix to design.First of all,the SPSS software can multivariate analyze the amount of cement,rubber powder dosage,ratio of water-cement,percentage of sand to verify that the four factors can result in a dominant influence.The value and extreme value are analyzed at different levels to determine the best.Based on the weighted average method standard project scoring system,the rubber cement concrete optimal mix mixed ratio can be determined.The research tests the rubber cement concrete apparent density,compressive strength,The compressive failure characterization,worn resistance,shrinkage performance,and the noise performance.With the increase of rubber powder content,concrete specimen density and compressive strength decline,but the crack resistance improve,when it is limited,the broken still can maintain the integrity of the specimen;As for the wear-resisting rubber concrete experiment,Incorporation of rubber powder has significant effect on the wear resistance of concrete.When the rubber powder content is more than 3%,rubber concrete wear-resisting performance began to declineand the mixed rubber powder can improve concrete specimen shrinkage performance.When the rubber powder content is 7%,rubber concrete shrinkage only halves as many as a benchmark concrete shrinkage;Rubber concrete has better noise performance than the base concrete.The increase of rubber powder of 1% dosage can reduce the noise decibel value of 0.56 dB,and the more large the rubber powder dosage is,the more obvious the declining rate is.
