The decrease of traditional fossil energy and the environmental pollution caused by its use has made people more aware of the importance of developing renewable clean energy.The mechanical energy in the environment has the characteristics of various forms,wide distribution and easy conversion.In recent years,the piezoelectric nanogenerator can convert mechanical energy into electrical energy.This brand-new energy collection method has been widely concerned by many scientific researchers.In the past,most of the device structures of piezoelectric nanogenerators are based on the traditional sandwich structure of electrode-piezoelectric composite film-electrode.Under the external mechanical stimulation,the shape variables of this device structure are limited and cannot further improve the output signal of the nanogenerators.Therefore,how to further optimize the device structure of piezoelectric nanogenerators,increase the shape variables of devices and improve the output performance of devices is an urgent problem to be solved.In this thesis,we use laser direct writing technology to prepare a flexible stretchable substrate and pre-stretch it.The piezoelectric composite film formed by fusing lead-free BaTiO3 nanoparticles and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)is transferred to the pre-stretched flexible substrate.Through the shrinkage of the flexible substrate,a corrugated device structure is formed.Compared with the previous sandwich structure,the device structure can increase the device shape variation.Under external mechanical stimulation,the maximum output voltage of the piezoelectric nanogenerator can reach 4.8 V,which is greatly improved compared with the output voltage of 1.0 V of the conventional BaTiO3 nano-particle/PDMS nanogenerator with sandwich structure.After many mechanical presses,the output voltage is stable and still works well.Using the voltage collected by rectifier bridge circuit to successfully light an LED diode has good practical application value.
