Nowadays, portable and personal electronics such as cell phones and tablets with touch screen are widely used. There will be lots of mechanical energy generated and wasted during tapping and sliding the screen frequently. It is valuable to explore a new kind of transparent nanogenerator to collect these tapping energy to prolong the working time of the electronics. In this thesis, a kind of well aligned PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3(PZT) nanowires(NWs)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) composite film(ANWF) was fabricated by dielectrophoresis. For high concentration composite film, the light transmittance increased from 42% to 72% by aligning PZT NWs. When puting these films onto a thick Kapton film to make nanogenerators, the output voltage 0.60 V and current 3.95 nA of the nanogenerator made up of ANWF are 88% and 62% larger than that of the nanogenerator made up of the random aligned PZT NWs/PDMS composite film(RNWF) respectively. Furthermore, using the low concentration ANWF, we developed a novel transparent and antipeep piezoelectric nanogenerator that can be used for harvesting the light tapping and sliding energy of finger on cell phone and gave an output current of 0.8 nA and 10 nA.
