As one of the important thermometers for non-contact temperature measurement,photoelectric pyrometer plays an important role in the fields of national economic construction,national defense and military.At present,the photoelectric pyrometers used for temperature measurement in China have RT9031 and RT9032.RT9032 is developed on the basis of RT9031 and is widely used in various industries such as industrial production,manufacturing and scientific research.However,with the increase of the domestic standard high-temperature counting amount,more and more problems have appeared in the temperature measurement process in recent years.The main problems are the unevenness of the unexplained stability,the inconsistent temperature measurement,and the large dark current at low range.In order to solve the above problems,this paper has improved the optical path system and electric measuring instrument of the pyrometer to improve its performance.The pyrometer is evaluated by the main performance parameters.The specific research contents and main research results are as follows:Firstly,the main performance parameters of the old RT9032-50# photoelectric pyrometer were tested.The influence of each parameter on the pyrometer temperature measurement was analyzed in detail,and the stability of temperature measurement and uncertainty analysis were carried out.Secondly,based on the optical path of the old RT9032-50# photoelectric pyrometer,the imaging performance of each part of the lens was analyzed by ZEAMX software,the working process of the photoelectric pyrometer was simulated,and the main problems of the photoelectric pyrometer were analyzed,thus improving The optical path system of the photoelectric pyrometer improves the imaging performance of the photoelectric pyrometer,and effectively reduces the influence of the size effect of the radiation source on the temperature measurement of the pyrometer.Again,because the photoelectric pyrometer needs to be used with a meter for voltage measurement and temperature display during temperature measurement.A special electric measuring display instrument is designed for the RT9032 series standard radiation thermometer,which solves the problem that the photoelectric pyrometer needs to be used with other digital meters and is inconvenient to operate,and realizes the rapid and accurate temperature measurement of the photoelectric pyrometer.Finally,the improved photoelectric pyrometer and electric measuring instrument are used together,number RT9032-51#,test the main performance parameters of RT9032-51# photoelectric pyrometer,and compare and analyze the performance parameters of the photoelectric pyrometer before and after the improvement.
