Abstract/Summary:
The stable supply of electric energy is the foundation and lifeblood of the national economic development.The distribution process is the process of distributing electric energy to users,which plays an important role in the conversion and redistribution of electric energy.Distribution equipment is the key to distribution nodes.It is very important to monitor the running condition of distribution equipment in the distribution process.It is an important task to monitor the digital display instrument of distribution equipment in power distribution scene.The digital display instrument has no data communication function,and the computer cannot automatically obtain the reading information of the digital display instrument.Therefore,the manual inspection method is traditionally used for monitoring,that is,the inspection personnel regularly enter the distribution room to read,record and analyze the data of the digital display instrument of the distribution equipment,and then upload it.The mode of manual monitoring is inefficient and cannot give early warning to potential risks in time.In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional manual monitoring,deep learning has been applied to the monitoring task in the power industry.To realize the intelligent identification of digital display instruments in power distribution scene,the identification of digital display instruments without data transmission interface based on artificial intelligence and computer vision is conducive to the improvement of the intelligent level of power distribution scene equipment monitoring system.At present,although there are a lot of research work on distribution equipment monitoring and digital display instrument identification,but in the practical application of complex power distribution scenes,there are problems such as low intelligence degree,poor real-time performance,unable to adapt to complex background environment and so on.There is an urgent need for solutions that can be applied to digital display instrument identification in power distribution scenarios,and the intelligent level of distribution equipment monitoring in power distribution scenarios needs to be improved urgently.Based on the real demand of intelligent monitoring of power distribution equipment,this paper designs and implements an intelligent identification system of digital display instrument in power distribution scene.Based on the actual situation of the distribution room,the paper analyzes the difficult problems to be solved and the specific functions to be realized in the system,by referring to the relevant work of distribution equipment monitoring management and digital display instrument identification in the distribution scene at home and abroad.Aiming at the identification difficulties of the natural environment,design adapted to the digital display instrument intelligent recognition scheme in distribution scenario,to meet the high efficiency,low cost,low risk of intelligent monitoring and control requirements.The function of digital display instrument intelligent recognition system in power distribution scene mainly includes four parts:digital display instrument target detection,image processing,digital display instrument recognition and recognition result analysis.The digital display instrument target detection part uses target detection method to locate the digital display instrument on the image collected by the patrol inspection equipment,and effectively obtains the target from the complex background.The image processing part mainly includes four parts:image cutting,distortion correction,light correction and image preprocessing,which can effectively solve the geometric distortion,light interference and noise interference of the real image data.The digital display instrument recognition part is the core part of the system.It mainly includes reading recognition and recognition post-processing,which converts the image into text and corrects the recognition result through recognition post-processing.In the recognition results analysis part,the identification results of digital display instrument are judged.If the warning conditions are met,the warning is carried out.Electric power workers can timely maintain the power equipment.The intelligent identification system of digital display instrument in power distribution scene meets the intelligent identification demand of digital display instrument in power distribution scene,has a certain guiding significance for the intelligent monitoring of relevant equipment in the electric power industry and other industries,and provides the cutting-edge technology reserve for intelligent monitoring technology in the industry.
