| Working capital management,as a core of the daily operation and management of enterprises,affects the realization of strategic objectives of enterprises.Traditional working capital management has some problems such as disordered management and low efficiency,which limit the benign operation of enterprise capital.The emergence and application of value chain theory provide new ideas for the management of enterprise working capital.The working capital management mode based on the perspective of value chain can not only improve the response speed of enterprises to the market and maximize the value of the chain,but also help enterprises break the market barriers and participate in the market competition in a more active and stable manner.Based on the realistic background of Chinese enterprises' transformation and upgrading under the background of new normal,this study takes Qinhuangdao port co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Qinhuangdao port co.,LTD.")as the research object.Firstly,briefly introduce the research background and significance,expound the research status at home and abroad,and draw out the main content of the research;Next is the theoretical part,elaborated with the working capital management,the value chain management related concept and the basic theory;Then the paper analyzes the current situation of Qin-gang share working capital management,analyzes the content of qing-gang share value chain working capital management,and evaluates Qin-gang share working capital management from the perspective of value chain.Then,according to the analysis results,find out the enterprise in the working capital management problems and the causes of the problems;Finally,based on the problems mentioned above,the ideas,principles and optimization plans for improving Qin-gang share working capital management from the perspective of value chain are proposed,as well as the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan. |
