With the successive development of domestic large aircraft,ARJ21 regional aircraft has been successfully put into commercial operation,marking the rapid development of civil aviation industry in recent years.Aircraft hydraulic pipeline system plays an important role as the transmission system of aircraft control energy and power.At present,there is no clear specification in the design process of civil aircraft hydraulic expansion ring,which can provide some reference for the design and engineering application of hydraulic expansion ring.This paper takes the hydraulic expansion ring of civil aircraft as the research object,aiming at obtaining the structural parameters of its optimal comprehensive performance of dynamics,statics and weight.The main research contents are as follows:(1)From the point of view of vibration mechanics and material mechanics,the dynamic mathematical model of hydraulic expansion ring is established and solved by transfer matrix method.The relationship between the bending angle,bending radius,span and height of hydraulic expansion ring and the first natural frequency of hydraulic expansion ring system is obtained.(2)The process of dynamic and static simulation analysis of hydraulic expansion ring is introduced.By using ABAQUS software tool,the results of dynamic simulation of hydraulic expansion ring are compared with those of mathematical model solved by transfer matrix method.Static analysis of hydraulic expansion ring is carried out to obtain the relationship between the maximum stress and its structural parameters.(3)The multi-objective optimization method combining analytic hierarchy process with traditional genetic algorithm is used to optimize the dynamic characteristics,static characteristics and weight of hydraulic expansion ring.The weight of each objective is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.The genetic algorithm is used to screen and optimize the optimization results,and the optimal design structural parameters of hydraulic expansion ring are obtained.(4)Taking the hydraulic expansion ring and a section of hydraulic pipeline in the flattail zone of a certain type of aircraft as the research object,the experimental results,theoretical analysis results and simulation analysis results are compared to verify the correctness of the dynamic and static analysis methods,thus verifying the feasibility of the optimization analysis method in this paper.
