Dynamic flow measurement is an important means of testing and performance evaluation of some control components such as proportional valves and servo valves,and plays an important role in hydraulic control systems.At present,it is widely used in the electro-hydraulic servo valve characteristic test for the unloaded hydraulic cylinder.However,due to the size of the unloaded hydraulic cylinder,the piston has a certain stroke,and it is impossible to measure the continuous flow in one direction.Liu tao's team at Yanshan University designed a new type of dynamic flowmeter by using the pump-cylinder composite structure,but the prototype model auxiliary test equipment is too redundant,and the integration degree of the flowmeter should be further improved.As an important branch of microcomputers,single-chip microcomputers are small in size,powerful in function,low in price,convenient to use,and rapidly developed,and have been widely used in industrial production..In view of this,this paper will use microelectronics technology to improve the pumping cylinder composite flowmeter prototype test system,use the single-chip microcomputer to collect the sensor data of the two-loaded hydraulic cylinder and pass the calculation,and pass the obtained value to the servo drive.The rotation of the metering pump causes the flow into the dynamic cylinder to be split,adjust the position of the piston,avoid the occurrence of the top cylinder phenomenon,accumulate the flow rate of the dynamic cylinder and the flow rate of the metering pump,and obtain the measured flow value and display it through the liquid crystal..In this paper,the physical model of pump-controlled cylinder circuit is built in AMESim,and the joint simulation shows that the system has better regulation performance for dynamic cylinder piston position adjustment.In addition,through the combination of Proteus and Keil software,the circuit simulation of the system is carried out.The results show that the MCU control system can accurately collect the required data and perform arithmetic processing,and correctly transmit the obtained result back to the host computer.According to the two-part simulation,the connection between the test system and the experimental platform is completed.The experimental results show that the system has the function of preventing the top cylinder phenomenon when the flow measurement is performed,and has certain dynamic characteristics,which verifies the composite dynamics of the pump cylinder.The feasibility of integrating flowmeter test systems.
