Self-lubricating spherical plain bearing is that achieves the relative rotation of aircraft parts.It is mainly composed of inner ring,outer ring and gasket.The creeping phenomenon of spherical plain bearing of roll riveting machine will cause the quality of the bearing.It affects the torque of the bearing.Therefore,it is very important to improve the bearing of roll riveting lathe to avoid the creeping phenomenon.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of roll riveting the bearing,A variable distance riveting tool is designed,to improve the efficiency of roll riveting the bearing.Firstly,the mathematical model of the creeping phenomenon of the loading system of the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing lathe is established,and the influence of the parameters(stiffness,damping,mass,frictional force)for the creeping phenomenon of the the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing of roll riveting lathe.Secondly,improve the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing of roll riveting lathe.In the loading system,The electric cylinder is designed again;the moving shaft and belt drive are improved in the shaft system;the servo motor,reducer and structural layout are improved in the speed control system.And design the rolling rivet tool that can change the diameter.The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of the curves of the cam are analyzed.Finally,theoretically calculate the changes in mass,stiffness and damping of the the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing of roll riveting lathe before and after the improvement,and analyze whether the the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing of roll riveting lathe can crawl.Dynamic simulation of the shaft system and loading system before and after the improvement is carried out through the ADAMS simulation technology platform.Considering the actual conditions of friction and contact between gears,from the point of view of actual working conditions,this paper analyses whether the the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing of roll riveting lathe produces creeping phenomenon.
