Energy strategy is the main pillar of the national development strategy.Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China’s economic development has entered a new normal.On the other hand,Energy development has gone through a period of rapid growth and the period of high-speed growth of energy consumption in China has ended.The state proposes the energy structure adjustment,to speed up the development of green and low-carbon,and to improve the efficiency of energy system.Emphasizing the economic benefits of energy investment and operation will become the main target of energy development in the future,and in the future,it is urgent to improve the competitiveness of the energy industry.As the thermal power plant is served as energy production factory,the waste of resources is especially serious.It is of great significance to improve the energy efficiency of thermal power plants for the development of energy industry and energy-saving and emission-reduction strategy in China.According to the equipment aging problems of circulating water pump inlet rotary filter,heat network circulating pump and condenser unit in Suihua Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Phase I project,this paper puts forward the corresponding transformation scheme through the corresponding structural design and parameter calculation,which improves the economy and safety of the unit.Based on domestic and foreign research and combined with the design of the original sea water channel,two modification schemes are proposed to adopt new fullframe structure of the filter screen,which can improve the efficiency of the filter screen interception and cleaning,ensure the long-term stable operation of the rotary filter screen and effectively improve the safety of the equipment.Aiming at the problem of excessive direct vibration and noise of the motor of the circulating pump in the heat network,and realizing the function of automatic speed regulation of the pressure or flow of the pipeline network according to the actual production conditions,the permanent magnet governor is added,and then the circulating pump in the heat network is reformed to reduce the operating power of the motor in the full speed range,so that the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction is served.Aiming at the problems of safety and economy decline caused by corrosion of copper pipe orifice and scaling on water side of condenser unit,two renovation schemes of main engine and small turbine condenser are put forward.At the same time,the circulating water pump is renovated to ensure the circulating water flow of condenser,optimize the arrangement of main condenser tube bundle,redesign the main condenser water chamber and optimize the flow field of water chamber.The installation of a condenser cleaning device solves the problem of condenser blockage caused by the nozzle and the impurities in the tube.While improving the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser,it can also give full play to the power saving and efficiency improvement of the circulating pump under low load and low flow rate conditions.The transformation of the whole heat network system of rotary filter,heat network circulating pump and condenser unit at the present stage has far-reaching significance for effectively improving the overall economic operation level of the unit.
