Intelligent Substation(IS)is an important component and core pivot of modern power system,and will play a key role in supporting power grid.In order to provide guidance and help for the construction and operation of power grid and the transformation of IS,it is very important to analyze the relevant influencing factors and carry out the evaluation research of IS.Firstly,based on the overview of Cyber Physical System(CPS)and IS,this paper points out that IS is a typical application of CPS.Secondly,based on the resilience characterization of power grid,the characteristics of CPS and the analysis of technical conditions of IS,3 first-level metrics,8 second-level metrics and 26 third-level metrics for the evaluation of IS are formed,and a multi-level evaluation metrics system is constructed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).According to the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation model is constructed,and the boundaries of membership functions are defined by correlation analysis.In order to solve the problems existing in the principle of maximum membership,the evaluation grades are set by using the idea of expert scoring,the information of each membership can be fully considered by weighted average operator.A Real Smart Substation is selected for the evaluation.Through the analysis of the consistency between the actual situation and the evaluation results,the feasibility of the evaluation metrics system and the evaluation method are verified.Thirdly,an assistant software for evaluation of IS is designed and developed,and the software development and function realization are completed by Python.The example data is re-calculate by the software,and compared with the manual calculation results,the correctness and fast validity of the assistant software are verified.Finally,to improve the functions of IS and effectively reduce the cost of operation,maintenance and repair,the optimization strategy of IS is studied.According to the previous research,the utility function is defined,which can quantitatively characterize the impact of the change of metric value on the change of metric evaluation value.Based on this,an optimization strategy for IS with maximum utility is proposed.Taking the actual data as example,an optimization scheme for IS is given,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimization strategy proposed in this paper.At the same time,the strategy can also provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of IS.
