Research On Dynamic Control Of Expressway Engineering Quality Evaluation

Expressway,as an important transportation infrastructure,plays an extremely important role in the development of national economy.According to the medium and long term planning of the National Highway network,during the "Thirteen-Five" period,China will build a new reconstruction highway mileage of about 30,000 km,heavy and concentrated construction tasks on the highway construction management put forward higher requirements.Quality management is the most important part of expressway construction management,and quality evaluation is the key link of quality management work,but also the core content,which occupies a very important position in quality management.However,most of the traditional highway quality evaluation is aimed at post-project evaluation,the project implementation of the various stages of the process has not been a comprehensive and systematic quality evaluation.The index system can not reflect the actual quality of the project implementation process well,so this paper puts forward a dynamic quality evaluation control model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and PDCA cycle,which provides reference for better realization of quality management and dynamic control of expressway engineering projects.Based on the concept and connotation of quality,combined with the characteristics of expressway,this paper gives the definition of quality evaluation of Expressway engineering project,analyzes the present situation of highway quality management and quality evaluation,points out the problems existing in the quality Evaluation of Expressway engineering project at present,and puts forward the idea of dynamic evaluation of construction quality whole process on this basis.,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of highway engineering quality evaluation from the angle of man-machine material ring and unit engineering which constitutes Expressway project,establishes the quality evaluation Index system of Expressway project,constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of expressway project process quality,takes X Expressway engineering project as an example,combined with PDCA control theory,Three periodic comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the project implementation process was carried out,the problems existing in quality management were found through evaluation,and measures were taken to improve it,so as to realize the dynamic control of highway project process quality and the circular rise of project quality,and finally ensure the realization of project quality goal.It can provide reference and reference for future project quality management evaluation and dynamic control.
