Approaching the existing railway construction project,it has many characteristics such as urgent construction period,heavy construction tasks,numerous participants,and no impact on existing railway operation during construction.Among them,we must ensure that the whole process of construction cannot affect the safety of railway operation,which is unique to the existing railway construction projects,which is different from the general construction projects.At the present stage,although the railway construction enterprises have a more profound understanding of the railway operation safety,the corresponding management level is still far away.Therefore,this paper takes construction risk management as an important part of project management as the research content,and provides reference for railway construction unit engineering managers to solve the construction risk management methods and application problems of the jacking frame structure engineering near the existing railway.The definition,characteristics and classification of this paper first introduces the construction project risk,the existing near jacking type frame construction risk definition and classification of culvert engineering;secondly,the existing near jacking frame definition,the basic principles of management and management process of construction culvert project construction risk management;and then the applicable conditions and several analysis methods the commonly used measures of risk construction risk identification,and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and find out suitable for the existing near jacking frame analysis methods and measures of construction risk identification methods,the culvert engineering construction;after the Beijing Guangzhou line in Xinle city K226+107m Xinhua Road 6.5m-17m-6.5m three frame culvert project construction risk management for example,on the general situation of the project and the main risk factors according to the division of construction process were analyzed by using WBS decomposition The construction risk is identified by the method of expert and expert investigation.According to the survey results,a construction risk index system and a hierarchical structure model are constructed.Risk assessment is carried out by AHP.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the Countermeasures for construction risk are put forward.
