With the development of modern city,large overpass bridge in the city fast traffic plays an important role in a wide range of applications.The development of society,the progress of the city,the need for fast transportation,built in various traffic arteries of the city overpass is the urbanization process is indispensable.Interchange for the city to provide a convenient traffic,or city is a beautiful landscape,or a city name card.The safety in the construction process of large interchange bridge,and rapid construction of the increasingly high demand,and the construction technology of the bridge complex,multi process,strict quality requirements,therefore the large city overpass bridge construction quality control technology research has important practical significance.In this paper,based on the scheme and technology of the construction of the Southeast Shijiazhuang Second Ring Interchange Bridge,the main contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of the bridge construction site and the structure type of the bridge,the construction scheme of the overpass bridge is determined.(2)The key construction technology of interchange is studied.The construction technology of cast-in-place prestressed concrete curved box girder,cap and pile foundation is mainly studied.The main factors affecting the construction quality of components are studied in detail,which has a very good guiding role for the actual construction on site.(3)The full support of the construction,relates to the template,scaffolding and other safety checking,to ensure its strength,stiffness and stability meet the requirements of construction,the construction process is safe,reliable.
