As the Chinese national comprehensive power increases gradually, the urban transportation industry has been developing rapidly. The constrained conditions of construction for big-scale urban interchange bridges are more and more strict, and the requests of safe and rapid construction are increasing higher and higher. So, the researches on construction and quality control for big-scale urban interchange bridges have very important practical significance. The second phase separation bridges located at of the Dagu south road in Tianjin were used as the example, the technology of the construction process and quality control has been researched in this thesis. The main research contents are as follows.(1) There are many impact factors on the bridge constructure including the bridge structure forms, the bridge construction site terrain conditions and so on. Regarding the impact factors on the bridge, the main and best measures of the construction scheme and quality control were dertermined.(2)The construction technology and the easily-appeared structural problem of the pour-in-place concrete box girders have been studied in detail. And the corresponding measures to ensure the quality of structures have been proposeded.(3) In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the construction process, the construction safety has been calculated. The safety checking constructions include the scaffloads, the formworks and steel box girders used in flying scaffloads.(4)The feasibility of the construction measures for the interchang bridges can be tested through the load tests. The results of the field load tests prove that the construction quality is fully accord with the design requirements.
