Based on the current lack of experimental platform for the study of traction power supply system in colleges and universities,this paper builds a simulation teaching platform for the electric railway traction power supply system,and conducts research on the traction network electrical parameter detection.The simulation teaching platform can simulate various operating states of the traction network in different power supply modes.The platform includes basic components such as analog traction substation,analog contact network,return line,feeder line,rail,electric locomotive,etc.It has a complete traction power supply circuit to realize live operation of electric locomotive.The detection module of the system realizes the detection of electrical parameters of the locomotive in the running state.The multichannel data acquisition system(lower-level machine)uses the low power microprocessor STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip,and uses the Modbus communication protocol to communicate with the host computer to realize simultaneous acquisition and transmission of multiple collection point electrical parameters of the traction network.The upper computer is written by LabVIEW software.The waveform and value of the received multichannel data are displayed on the interface,and the data is processed to output the actual effective value.The simulation teaching platform conducts electrical parameter monitoring experiments for different power supply modes and different load conditions.The variation law of the obtained experimental data is in line with the general law of the actual railway operation state,thus verifying the correctness of the simulation teaching platform.Through the horizontal and vertical comparison analysis of experimental data,compare the advantages and disadvantages of different power supply methods,deepen the understanding and mastery of the teaching material knowledge,and understand the role of the various parts of the traction power supply system in the actual work.Through the establishment of traction power supply system simulation teaching platform,this project realizes the dynamic monitoring of electrical parameters,improves the shortcomings of the original simulation load,and has the function of simulation teaching,which can qualitatively reflect the actual railway operation status and achieve the expected goal.Through the construction of the power supply training system,students can intuitively and vividly feel the actual operating conditions of the locomotive and learn professional knowledge.The application system of the training system is very broad,and can be used for the induction training of railway employees,the teaching simulation of railway-related majors,and the internships of students in schools,which can significantly improve the teaching efficiency of teachers and the professional skills of the students.
