Research On Project Risk Management Of Metro Integrated Monitoring System

As an indispensable supporting weak power project,integrated monitoring system has been rapidly developed and applied in subway project construction.Comprehensive monitoring system project in our country,the application time is shorter,but the high starting point,at the same time the subway comprehensive monitoring system project investment amount is large,professional fields,interface,technology intensive complex,more talent lack situation is combined with the industry giant,makes it a lot of uncertainty risk factors exist in the process of project implementation,the problem of insufficient risk management has gradually.The research process in the risk management process as the main line,on the basis of project risk management theory,combining with the characteristics of comprehensive monitoring system of metro project implementation,systematically discusses the project risk identification,risk evaluation and the basic method and technical means.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the current industry and the characteristics of the project management process,and puts forward the contents,methods and technical route of the project risk management of the metro integrated monitoring system.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic theories and methods of project risk management,as well as the project composition,functional characteristics and management process of metro monitoring system project.The characteristics,classification and key of the project risk management of metro integrated monitoring system are summarized by combining the characteristics of the literature and the Delphi method.Once again,to determine the comprehensive monitoring system of metro project risk evaluation,and build multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model of project risk,consistency sorting method is used to determine the risk attribute index weight,combination of linear extremum method and approximate ideal solution to build a multi-dimensional evaluation model,it is concluded that the ranking of each risk assessment methods.Finally,select the project of tianjin metro line no.* comprehensive monitoring system project as an example,on the basis of according to stated earlier risk management theory and research methods of case analysis,it is concluded that the project of 14 major risk,calculated the risk ranking results,and formulate the corresponding countermeasures,established the project risk monitoring system.
