Equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis have always been the hotspots of industrial research.On the one hand,with the development of large-scale and continuous production of modern enterprises,higher requirements are placed on the safety and stability of industrial equipment.In order to maximize the production potential of the equipment,you can understand the operating status of the equipment,understand the equipment operating cycle,and detect the occurrence of faults.The dust-removing fan is the most important purifier of the enterprise and an indispensable role for enterprises such as steel and chemical industry.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the operation and fault diagnosis of the dust removal fan.By summarizing the characteristics of unbalanced faults of dust removal fans,this paper extracts the characteristics of wind turbine fault time domain and frequency domain,and develops a set of data collection and special diagnosis extraction.Fault diagnosis mainly includes online data monitoring and diagnosis system for historical data playback analysis,spectrum analysis,time domain analysis,time delay domain analysis,demodulation analysis and trend analysis.Before the proposed diagnosis method is introduced,the selection of the sensor during data acquisition is described in detail,and how to extract the fault characteristics under the variable working conditions and the time domain map,spectrum map,and baud from the fault condition are introduced.Diagrams,etc.make accurate judgments on fan failures.The characteristics and causes of the unbalanced fault of the dust removal fan are analyzed in detail,and the online monitoring and diagnosis system is also introduced in detail.An improved plan for the management of equipment in the future is proposed,which provides a reference for the most efficient operation of equipment in the future and the assessment of the enterprise environment.
