Abstract/Summary:
Jilin Province is one of the important areas for large-scale development of wind power in China.In recent years,the rapid growth of installed capacity of wind power in Jilin Province and the increasing proportion of wind power in the power grid have made the common problems of large-scale wind power transmission and peak shaving increasingly prominent.Especially in winter,"heat preservation and peak regulation" results in a large number of wind farm wind abandonment shutdown.Seasonal peak-shaving,difficult delivery and weak local absorption capacity have become the biggest obstacles to the rapid and healthy development of wind power industry in Jilin Province.With the increase of installed capacity of wind power in China,the problem of wind power absorption can not be ignored because of the limitation of transmission and acceptance capacity of power grid.According to the external conditions of wind power generation limitation and the admittance capacity of power grid,a regenerative electric boiler heating scheme based on wind power absorption is proposed,which can increase the power load,expand the space of wind power grid,and seek a new strategy to solve the difficulty of peak shaving of power grid.This paper mainly studies the use of thermal storage boiler heating to absorb the abandoned wind power.During the low power consumption period at night,the power boiler is used to increase the power consumption load.The increased power consumption load is provided by the bundled wind farm,so as to increase the power consumption on the grid and reduce the abandoned wind power consumption during the low power consumption period.Its operation mechanism is to supply power to electric boilers through the binding mode of wind farm and electric boilers,using abandoned wind power in low valley period and equipping the electric boilers with water medium heat storage device,to convert the abandoned wind power into heat energy,and to use the stored "abandoned wind power" to supply heat to users in the daytime according to the needs of heating users,so as to achieve the purpose of peak shifting and valley filling and reducing the abandoned wind.It is beneficial to peak shaving of power grid.It provides a reference for analyzing the coal saving effect of the heating scheme of thermal storage boilers and formulating flexible operation plans.With the objective function of minimizing operation cost and maximizing benefits of bundled wind farms,an optimal dispatching economic model including wind power heating is established.The model is solved by the optimization tool of matlab,and the dispatching results are verified by substituting basic data.The feasibility of the scheme is proved by the optimized dispatching results.
