During the winter heating period in the “Three North” region,the inadequate capability of peak regulation of the combined heat and power(CHP)units due to the “Heat-Set” constraint is the main reason for the large amount of wind abandonment.In view of this problem,this paper starts from the perspective of decoupling the CHP units with the “Heat-Set” constraint,making full use of the addition of the electric boiler with heat storage in the wind power plant to decouple them,improving the unit`s peak regulation capacity,and increasing the wind power grid space.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the basic framework of the CHP system economic dispatching of the electric boiler with heat storage is given.Under this framework,the mathematical model of the electric boiler with heat storage is established based on its working principle,and its influence on the power supply and heating output space of the CHP unit is analyzed.According to the situation of abandoned wind,the start-stop control strategy of the electric boiler with heat storage and the secondary consumption mode of wind power are formulated.The traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)and the improved PSO are introduced,which laid the foundation for the subsequent model solution.Secondly,in order to improve the capacity of peak regulation of CHP units and increase the space of wind power grid,a model of CHP economic dispatching considering the peak regulation right transaction is established.In the model,the feasibility coefficient of wind power and CHP units participating in peak regulation is deduced,and the price of unit power generation right is determined by analyzing the value of the feasibility coefficient.On this basis,three scenarios are set according to the demand of the model,and through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the wind power consumption and the system economy are significantly improved considering the peak regulation right transaction.Finally,in order to ensure the economic benefit of the heat power plant under the strategy of wind abandonment heating,a model of CHP economic dispatching based on master-slave game theory is established.According to the model,the heat grid and electricity grid is the game subject,and the wind power plant and heat power plant are the game follower.Under the constraint of the electric heating load balance,through the game of the electric heating output of wind and heat power plant and the corresponding electric heating price,the two goals of the minimum comprehensive operation cost of heat grid and electricity grid and the maximum profit of wind and heat power plant can be achieved.
