In view of the serious wind abandonment problem caused by the strong coupling output of combined heat and power(CHP)units in the winter heating period of the "three North" area,this paper takes the integrated supply of social energy and the coordinated dispatch of integrated energy system as the perspective.Combined with the different physical characteristics and advantages of the power system and the thermal system,the scheme of adding the heat and power storage boiler to the wind power plant is put forward in this paper.The purpose of this study is to overcome the influence of insufficient electricity demand during heating period,develop a model of CHP dispatching with strong maneuverability and adapt to the changeable environment,and form an effective output dispatching strategy of combined thermoelectric units.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the basic framework of CHP system is given.Under the basic frame,the heating principle of the electric boiler with heat storage and its influence on the variation of the thermal and electric output interval of the cogeneration unit are analyzed.The output control strategies of various coal-fired units(CHP units and conventional units)are given according to the operation criterion of equal increment rate,and the iterative mode of Newton method and the treatment method of constraint conditions are expounded,which lays a foundation for further research.Secondly,a CHP dispatch model based on multi-agent theory is established to solve the problem of thermoelectric coupling in CHP system.Using the idea of "divide and conquer" in the multi-agent theory,the model divides the system into two parts: "heat network" and "power grid" dispatch.The thermal and electric agents are used to coordinate the output of the units in each period,so that the heat network is balanced by the CHP unit and the electric boiler with heat storage,and the power network is balanced by the whole power network unit.Finally,in order to ensure the profit of CHP plant under the strategy of "wind power heating",an economic dispatching model of CHP system based on master-slave game is established.The model takes heat and electric network as the game subject,and each power plant as the game follower.On the basis of ensuring the balance of heat and electricity supply and demand,through the game of heat,electricity output and the corresponding prices given by thermal and electric agents,the goal of the lowest comprehensive operating cost of thermal and electric agents and the maximum profit of each plant can be achieved.
