With the development of social science,the awareness of environmental protection is increasing day by day.More and more people begin to use electric cars to replace traditional cars.Electric vehicle is the development trend of the future automobile industry,and its driving performance depends on the performance of the motor.Therefore,in order to make the electric vehicle adapt to different road conditions,the control method of the motor driving system is particularly important.Based on the electric vehicle test bench,this paper studies the electric drive system of electric vehicles.The main work is as follows:(1)the research significance and development status of electric vehicles at home and abroad are introduced.The drive motors of electric vehicles widely used at present are compared.It is concluded that permanent magnet synchronous motors are of great use value.(2)the force and power of electric vehicles under different working conditions are analyzed.In order to make electric vehicles have better adaptability to working conditions,the driving motor parameters are matched.An electric vehicle test bench is constructed and used to analyze and simulate different working conditions.(3)to facilitate the study of motor control methods,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is derived.This paper introduces the principle of vector control and fuzzy control and presents a fuzzy control method for driving motor under simulated working conditions.(4)the fuzzy PID control system and the traditional PID are modeled and simulated by the simulation tool matlab/simulink.The comparison results show that the control method proposed in this paper has a good control effect.Finally,the electric vehicle performance test bench is used to test the electric vehicle drive system.The experimental results show that the electric vehicle drive system can make the electric vehicle have high performance and adapt to various road conditions,and improve the operating condition adaptability of the electric vehicle.
