Abstract/Summary:
Reducing energy consumption and environment pollution is the development theme ofall over the world. Automobile industry development is facing crucial selection. New energyvehicle gradually attracts more and more countries’ and administrations’ attention. However,new energy vehicle’s key technology is not yet mature. Driving motor as the power resourceand motor control technology are very crucial technologies. Developing a safe and reliable,stable and effective motor control system has been a important mission.My dissertation’s driving motor research relies on my mentor’s science program“Research of pure electric vehicle control strategy”, and takes the design of “Formula StudentChina EV(FSCE)” as study platform. Parameters which meet the relevant requirements mustbe designed and calculated. According to these designed parameters, appropriate drivingmotor have been selected. Based on motor’s mathematical models, motor simulation modelswith different control strategies have been built. They are PID control, fuzzy control andfuzzy-PID control. In the analysis of simulation results, optimum control strategy amongthese three different control strategies,Fuzzy-PID control corresponds to motor’s optimumperformance. In order to get a good performance of stability and dynamic condition, based onthis optimum control strategy, a new motor speed regulation system has been designed.Verifying process is a very important segment to learn the performance of the motorcontrol strategy. In the verifying process, based on CRUISE software, I built a pure EV racevehicle model, and created co-simulation with Matlab/Simulink which can put the optimalmotor strategy into the vehicle simulation model to test influence of the strategy to the vehicleperformance, include dynamic and economical performance.
