Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in electric vehicle drive systems due to their high operating efficiency and high power density.The traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor control system needs to install mechanical sensors at the motor spindle position to obtain motor speed and rotor position information.The use of mechanical sensors has caused the control precision of permanent magnet synchronous motor to decrease,the reliability to be reduced,and it is not suitable for special environments such as high temperature,high humidity and high vibration,which limits the popularization and application of permanent magnet synchronous motors in electric vehicles and other fields.The existing sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor also has the disadvantages of low control precision and weak anti-load interference capability.Aiming at such problems,this dissertation proposes a sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on iterated cubature Kalman filter algorithm(ICKF),and demonstrates its control accuracy and anti-load interference capability.The main research work is as follows:(1)A sensorless vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ICKF is established.By establishing the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,applying vector control and space vector pulse width modulation technology,combined with the research of iterated cubature Kalman filter algorithm,a sensorless vector control system.of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on iterative volume Kalman filter algorithm is constructed.(2)The simulation analysis of the sensorless vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ICKF is carried out.In Matlab/Simulink environment,a simulation model of sensorless control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on iterated cubature Kalman filter and cubature Kalman filter algorithm are established.According to the characteristics of electric vehicles,the simulation verification under two conditions of given speed and sudden load is carried out.Through comparative analysis,it is proved that the ICKF algorithm can estimate the motor speed and rotor position more accurately,with higher control precision and stronger anti-load interference capability.(3)The experiment of sensorless control motor platform for permanent magnet synchronous motor was carried out.First of all,the motor test platform is built from two aspects of hardware and software;Secondly,the sensorless control experiment of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on iterative cubature Kalman filter algorithm and volume Kalman filter algorithm is carried out on the built motor drive control system.Through the comparative analysis of experimental results,it is proved that the sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ICKF algorithm is a better sensorless control method than CKF algorithm.It is worthy of popularization in permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicles.
