| With the development of scientific research and society,the market demand for the test platform based on the multi-axis coordinated loading system is increasing.However,compared with foreign countries,China started late in the field of multi-axis coordinated loading system,and the market share of related domestic equipment is also very low.The design of multi-axis coordinated loading system integrates the knowledge of mechanical design,electrical control,hydraulic control,computer technology and many other disciplines.In order to meet the practical needs of teaching and scientific research,the six-axis coordinated loading system was studied and designed in this paper.The corresponding performance and technical index requirements for each functional component of the system were analyzed and clarified.The main contents of my paper are as follows.The first part is the design of hydraulic loading system.After illustrating the general components of the hydraulic loops,the distinguishing features of the specific hydraulic circuits in this paper were analyzed.On this basis,the parameters of each part in the system loops were determined through the detailed design and calculation.The second part is the study of the control strategies in the loading system.The combination of fuzzy control and incremental PID control algorithm constitutes the fuzzy adaptive PID controller.After completing the fuzzy adaptive PID controller,Simulink was used for its modeling and simulation.The fuzzy adaptive PID controller was proved to be effective in improving the control effect of the system compared with the simulation results of the conventional incremental PID controller.Thirdly,after the controller architecture was defined,the functions of the measurement and control system software were analyzed,and its workflow was analyzed and designed then.Finally,the interface design was completed by LabVIEW. |
