With the progress of the time and the adjustment of the national reproductive policy,the demand in the field of maternal and children care of health are also increasing.As a part of the emerging maternal and children health system,maternal and child centers need meet the increasing comfort needs of users.Confinement room are important places for postpartum recovery and infant development.More attention should be paid to their indoor air quality.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the design of indoor fresh air and air conditioning in confinement room in China.Through questionnaires and interviews of different types of users and field tests of several hospitals in Chongqing,we can understand the problems of indoor air quality in actual working conditions,and put forward improvement measures for the indoor fresh air system,air conditioning terminal,humidity and other parts in combination with the particularity of confinement room in order to provide.Purpose of good air quality.This paper expounds a series of design criteria,theoretical basis and empirical formulas involved in the research process:(1)Introduces the current domestic design criteria for temperature and humidity of hospital wards;the design criteria for per capita fresh air volume;the control range of comfort degree of blowing sensation;the control criteria for air quality such as noise,carbon dioxide concentration and oxygen content.(2)Reading a large number of literatures,combining basic knowledge in the field of health and interviews with experts,accumulated theoretical basis for designing fresh air quality treatment equipment and radiant plate refrigeration terminal system.(3)Introduced the calculation formula of fresh air per capita for the special environment of confinement room;calculated the empirical formula of temperature and humidity of confinement room design according to PMV comfort model;and calculated the humidity load according to the humidity source in the room.Through investigation and testing,this paper understands the current air conditioning system design and indoor quality status of maternal and child health hospital or Confinement center,understands the individual needs of different user groups for air quality,and combines expert advice and professional knowledge to improve the status of indoor air quality.Improvement measures mainly focus on:(1)the design and improvement of fresh air system,rational layout of fresh air outlet,to avoid the direct discharge of fresh air by toilet outlet after the introduction of fresh air,to form a good indoor air distribution,which has a better effect on the emission of pollutant carbon dioxide.(2)Adjusting the terminal of air conditioning system,using the northern radiation heating system for reference,improving the terminal form of fan coil unit in summer,avoided the uncomfortable experience caused by the greater sense of blowing and uneven temperature distribution on human body.(3)Personalize the special humidity load in the room to avoid the adverse effects of excessive humidity on mothers and babies.In this paper,after improving the air quality design of the confinement room,we use Airpak software to simulate and verify the design.Combined with the evaluation index,we analyze the improvement effect of fresh air,air conditioning terminal system and humidity control scheme.From the comfort point of view,we draw the conclusion that the improved design scheme is more conducive to maternal recovery and infant development.We also further analyze the economic type,and verify the various types.The improvement measures have achieved the goal of energy saving.In conclusion,through theoretical analysis and model validation,this paper studies the air quality of confinement room,and obtains a targeted design improvement scheme which guarantees the indoor air quality of confinement room,and also provides a theoretical basis and design ideas for the follow-up design of motherhood and infant center confinement room.
