The urbanization process in China has been accelerating,the scale of the city has continued to expand,and the city has developed rapidly.In this process,major cities have shown different urban problems.Among them,more than 60% of cities have experienced urban disasters,and they continue to occur every year.The disasters in cities have seriously hindered the healthy development of cities.People's normal production and life.The urban infrastructure directly related to urban disasters is the urban drainage network.In the process of rapid urban economic development,the development of urban drainage network is lagging behind,especially the drainage network in the old city of the city can no longer meet the urban drainage and disaster reduction.In 2012,after the concept of “Sponge City” was put forward,China's major cities have established “Sponge Cities” to improve urban flexibility,enhance urban self-storage capacity,and hope to alleviate urban disasters.The city's drainage network is highly functional.Consistency and better realization of the functional integration of “Sponge City” and urban drainage network is crucial for the prevention and control of urban infighting.To this end,it is necessary to find out the basic status quo of urban drainage pipe network at present is the premise of the integration of urban drainage pipe network and “Sponge City” function,which is the basis for realizing the planning and transformation of urban drainage pipe network,and also the starting point for the prevention and control measures of urban disasters.Therefore,based on the realistic background of urban disasters,this study will use the urban drainage network as the research object for vulnerability diagnosis.The main research contents are as follows:1.Construction of vulnerability index system for urban drainage networkThrough literature research,the framework of the vulnerability diagnostic indicators commonly used by researchers is identified,such as PSR(“stress-state-response” model),PSE(“stress-sensitive-elastic” model),etc.Different research frameworks are applicable to different The research field and research object,this study uses VSD(Vulnerability Scoping Diagram)model according to various influencing factors involved in urban drainage network,based on the academic achievements of previous researchers,and introduces design specifications related to urban drainage network.Based on the construction standards,the initial urban drainage network vulnerability assessment index system is constructed from the three dimensions of “exposure-sensitivity-response ability”.On this basis,the questionnaire is designed to investigate the initial diagnostic indicators and urban drainage pipes.Correlation between network vulnerabilities,and collecting and arranging survey results,using SPSS to conduct independent sample t test analysis of the survey results,determine whether each item is retained,and screen out unreasonable diagnostic indicators to determine the final urban drain The network vulnerability diagnostic indicator system lays the foundation for subsequent research.2.Selection of vulnerability diagnosis methodsAccording to the specific characteristics of urban drainage network network vulnerability,the selection criteria for the vulnerability diagnosis method of urban drainage pipe network are formulated.The literature research method is used to sort out the six vulnerability diagnosis methods commonly used by researchers at the current stage,and each vulnerability diagnosis is clarified.The basic connotation,advantages and disadvantages,applicable fields,etc.of the method;based on the above combing,the comparative research method is used to compare and analyze the above six commonly used vulnerabilities diagnosis methods from six aspects: basic connotation,basic principles and main application fields.It is important to clarify the applicability of the six vulnerability diagnostic methods to the vulnerability diagnosis of urban drainage networks,and finally determine the comprehensive index method is most applicable.3.Improvement and modeling of vulnerability diagnosis methods for urban drainage networkOn the basis of the completion of the above main research contents,this study introduces the theory of variable weight,and through the construction of the state variable weight vector and the normalization process,the fixed weights of the indicators in the traditional diagnostic thinking are improved to the variable weights.This improvement can be improved.The objectivity and scientificity of the final evaluation results;then,the variable weighted comprehensive index model is constructed from the standardization processing of indicators,the determination of index weights,the calculation of comprehensive vulnerability index and the classification of vulnerability levels,and then the city.Scientific methods are provided for the diagnosis of drainage network vulnerability.4.Application examples of diagnostic index system and diagnostic modelBased on the establishment of the urban drainage network vulnerability assessment index system and the diagnosis model,this study used a community in Tianjin as a case study background to conduct field investigations and data surveys,and collected the community from 2012 to 2016 with the drainage pipe.Based on the above theoretical research results,the basic data and basic data of the network are standardized and the basic data is determined and the weights are changed.The vulnerability of the drainage network of the community is diagnosed,and the comprehensive vulnerability under fixed weights is calculated respectively.The comprehensive vulnerability index under the index and variable weights determines the vulnerability level of the drainage network in the community.By comparing and analyzing the two diagnostic results and comparing the results of the variable weight diagnosis with the actual status of the drainage network of the community,the validity and objectivity of the diagnostic index system and diagnostic method for urban drainage network are proved.The diagnosis results of the right are consistent with the actual situation.Based on the specific case background and diagnosis results,the measures and suggestions for the complementary development of urban drainage network and “Sponge City” are given,in order to realize the effective prevention and control of urban disasters.
