In recent years,the frequency of urban waterlogging disasters has increased.In order to reduce urban waterlogging and solve the problem of drainage and flood control in urban development and construction,the scientific planning of urban drainage network and the optimization of waterlogging prevention facilities are very important.Based on the summary of the current situation and characteristics of drainage(rainwater)and waterlogging prevention at home and abroad,combined with the unique topography,climate and meteorology,river water quality and the overall layout of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention facilities construction in Shenyang,this paper systematically analyzes the existing problems of drainage rainwater pipelines and waterlogging prevention facilities in Shenyang,and takes Kunshan Road Rainwater Drainage trunk line in Shenyang as an example to analyze the city Drainage network system planning and design,urban flood control system planning.Through the analysis of the data,it can be seen that the peak rainfall in Shenyang is concentrated,mostly in 20-45 minutes,and the rainfall accounts for 40-50% of the total rainfall.The current drainage capacity of the drainage pipe network system in Shenyang is 13% of the total length of pipes and canals with less than 1 year return period,31% of the total length of pipes and canals with 1-2 years return period,19.5% of the total length of pipes and canals with 2-3 years return period,36.5% of the total length of pipes and canals with more than 3 years return period.Using Chicago rain pattern to assess waterlogging risk,the results show that risk areas of the high,medium and low are 1.43 km2,3.84 km2 and 46.73 km2,respectively.Through the design of the drainage pipeline plane and elevation of the rainwater drainage trunk line of the Kunshan Road,the selection and planning of the pipe materials and construction methods are carried out to further realize the optimization of the drainage pipeline and channel.In places with serious water accumulation,12 main lines(length of 69 km),53 branch lines(length of 53 km)and 3(length of 26 km)and 4(length of 25 km)rainwater main lines are respectively constructed by constructing 12 main lines(length of 69 km),improving the branch lines(length of 53 km)and combining with the interceptors of Xinkaihe River and south canal.At the same time,2 main rainwater lines(length of 18 km)are constructed by combining with the rainwater sewage diversion transformation in Tiexi area to improve the drainage capacity of the drainage pipes and channels.In order to reduce the amount of sewage,the sewage discharge capacity of the pumping station is improved by building and reforming the pumping station,and the rainwater sewage mixing pipeline is also improved.In addition to good environmental benefits,a direct economic benefit of 26.0475 million yuan per year can be produced from the transformation and optimization of drainage network.In addition,through the comprehensive treatment of the river system in Shenyang City,the design of the flood prevention channel and the rainwater regulation and storage facilities,the layout planning of the flood prevention pump station and the connection between the flood prevention facilities and the flood prevention pump station as well as the optimization research on the flood prevention facilities are carried out to further extend the runoff time,reduce the peak flow and prevent the occurrence of urban waterlogging.After the renovation of urban drainage network and flood prevention facilities are completed,the total runoff can be effectively controlled.The optimization of waterlogging prevention facilities plays a good role in reducing the pollution of rainwater surface and pollutant discharge.A direct economic benefit of 98000 yuan per year can be produced from the improvement and optimization of flood prevention facilities.Therefore,the improvement of flood prevention facilities has good environmental and economic benefits.
