| As China’s urbanization process continues to advance,the drawbacks of the large-scale demolition and construction model are increasingly apparent,and the relatively moderate old city renewal and renovation activities have been more and more respected.At present,in order to solve the huge difference between the old and new buildings in the city,it seems chaotic and disorderly,lacking the overall problem.The renovation of the building facade and the road landscape reconstruction project have been continuously carried out.However,with the increasing number of renovation design practices,the street looks the same,and the problem of urban personality loss has become more and more prominent.This paper takes the urban facade fa?ade and road landscape reconstruction as the research content.Using literature analysis method,field research method,case analysis method,classification induction method and combination of theory and practice to carry out research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the study of relevant backgrounds and cases,summed up the current situation of the renovation of the building facade and road landscape along the street in the city street--the problem of urban personality loss,cultural pulse fault and street landscape in the reconstruction of street facade and road landscape serious.(2)Through the relevant theories and excellent case studies,the specific methods for the renovation design of the building facade and road landscape are obtained:For the reconstruction of the building facade along the street,we must first dismantle the illegal construction of the illegal construction,and tidy up the wall surface and detail construction;carry out in-depth excavation of the cultural symbols such as local historical culture,folk customs and characteristic patterns,and establish the unified theme of street reconstruction;The renovation of walls,windows,signboards,air-conditioner plug-ins,and advertising posters are all focused on the theme.For the transformation of the road landscape,under the premise of unifying the overall planning idea,the district design can be carried out according to the current site conditions;the urban roads can be broadened according to people’s needs,and the landscape avenue or landscape plaza can be created at the widening;rationally planning the flow of people and traffic,Diverting people and vehicles;updating pavement;rational allocation of greening on both sides of the road.For the renovation of other facilities on the road,it is necessary to raise public awareness,involve the public in the design,and improve the quality of life in the street;the design of the road facilities should be adapted to the surrounding environment and conform to the overall atmosphere of the street;The "historical authenticity",try to use the local element symbols to show the city’s cultural heritage and urban personality.(3)Through the full investigation of the location traffic,topography,plant resources and folk customs of Xichou County,Yunnan Province,and comprehensive consideration of these factors in the design of the building facade and road landscape along the Jinyu Street,Jinyu Street The transformation pointed out the direction and proposed the theme of the transformation of Jinyu Street — returning to home.In response to the status quo problem,the existing facades will be firstly reorganized in the renovation of the building facades,and the illegal construction of the illegally built and arranged walls and details will be carried out,and the steel materials will be veneered by using local stone,soft porcelain and wood grain paint.Redesigned the style of doors and windows to create an antique architectural style of the West.(4)In terms of road landscape renovation,the roadside garbage bins,tree ponds,bus stop signs,etc.were redesigned,and traditional diamond-shaped thunder and back-grain patterns were added to these facilities to show local characteristics.And set up a memory wall of the home on the roadside,show the local customs and customs on the memory wall,and highlight the theme of the “return to home” theme of the street as a whole. |
