Study On The Planning And Design Of Community Renewal In The East And West Temple Tower Area Of Kunming Old Town

Kunming Old City East West Temple District is a an area with general urban community and commercial characteristics.There is a large-scale of the old urban residential area,and due to the geographical location of the East West Temple District,its commercial development is relatively more concentrated and atmosphere than other general urban communities.Therefore,on the premise of better ensuring the integrity of the space texture,it has become the key of community renewal planning and design in the East West Temple District to make full use of the theory and practice method of community renewal and change the declining face of the community activity space and commercial space in the East West Temple District.Through the development of urban renewal and community planning and practical research,we know that the focus of community renewal has changed from the beginning to focus only on the transformation of Community single material environment to a community development plan that pays more attention to community economic revitalization and vitality Revival.This paper takes Kunming Old Town east and West Temple Tower area as the research object,through the community material space environment,the community residents living environment investigation,finds the community residents to use the community public space encounter the problem,at the same time summarizes the community commercial space decline reason.Thus,the focus of community planning is clarified,that is,the renewal of community material space level and the renewal of Community industry level.After clarifying the key points of community planning,this paper puts forward the updating strategy of Community material space level and Community industry development,with the intention of creating a space environment for community residents to live and work in space,and solving the problem of spatial decay and poor business development in the community through community renewal planning and design.It provides a new attempt and idea for the renewal planning practice of the Old City community,which also has a strong commercial flavor area.
