Design Of Air Condition Remote Control System Based On BLE Mesh

Currently,environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction have become the consensus of the whole society.In this paper,starting with air-conditioning,which is a large energy-consuming guy,and taking the existing non-intelligent air-conditioning in public places as the research object,the author aim to design a set of devices which can remotely control all air-conditioning in a region with only a mobile phone.This devices can significantly improve the efficiency of air-conditioning management and reduce the ineffective operation time of such air-conditioning.The author analyze the related products domestic and abroad,and the development status of several popular wireless networks technology in of Internet of Things(IOT).Several kinds of wireless network technologies are compared.Finally,BLE mesh is selected as the carrier of wireless communication technology for this air conditioning controller system,which realizes the goal of reliable,safe,easy maintenance and free wiring.Based on the usage requirements of the system,as the hardware aspect,the author performs a set of comprehensive comparison in several different hardware design schemes and finally select proper hardware designs which seem to be more reliable and lower cost.As the software side,the author design the data format of broadcasting package and control package in BLE mesh system,encryption process of the system and mini program APP,due to the mesh network's security and efficiency.According to the determined hardware and software design scheme,the author realize main functions of the remote air conditioning control system,include the key sub-programs of the node device in detail and the control logic of the weixin mini program APP.According the low speed network,the performance and UI of the mini program are optimized to enhance the use experience of the APP.As the core function test results show,the system works fine and achieves the desired goal.
