Along with the increasingly higher demand of automotive air conditioning system on aspects on performance, quality, safety, and comfort, the manual air-conditioning control system in middle and low car will be faced with upgrading. In order to meet the higher demand of the car air-conditioner on comfort, energy saving and convenience of operation control to the majority owner, this thesis takes the manual air-conditioning system on mini-cars Wuling Rongguang as study objects, an experimental prototype of automatic automotive air-conditioning controller has been designed and developed, in which have the advantages of the temperature automatic adjustment, comfort, easy to operate, and wide application.According to the research objectives and mini-cars automatic air conditioning controller design the overall program, this thesis mainly completed the work of the following aspects:1. According to the requirement of the vehicle’s automatic air-conditioning control functions and the reference of production requirements, the fuzzy control strategy for automatic air-conditioning, the basic control circuit as well as the basic technical parameters has been determined on the basis of the analysis of the manually control air-conditioning system for mini-cars.2. According to the fuzzy control strategy for automatic air-conditioning, a "binary input—inary output" fuzzy control system has been designed, which the input volume was controlled by the temperature error and the change rate of temperature error, and the output volume was controlled by the speed of blower and mixed-throttle opening degree.3. According to the basic circuit of the automatic air conditioning controller and its basic technical parameters, the following circuits have been designed as a power supply circuit, single-chip input and output circuits, the keyboard circuit, the temperature sensor module circuit, throttle motor drive circuit, LCD display and its drive circuit, blower speed and solenoid valve circuit and the LED indicator and its drive circuit, which take the protective measures of the optical isolation technology, power and interference, hardware anti-jamming capability.4. In accordance with the overall software design program, the main program and the subprograms have been designed by using modular programming methods and C programming language. The subprograms include key detection, temperature detection, LCD display, fuzzy control look-up table, the throttle motor control, and blower speed subroutine. In order to improve the anti-jamming performance of the software, the protective measures which take the digital filtering method, the software sink and the watchdog technique are implied in.5. According to the general requirements of the experimental prototyping and debugging, the experimental prototype of the double-sided circuit board have been completely produced, and then made hardware debugging and software debugging, finally made test run of the experimental prototype.
