Along with society's development, living standards'enhancement as well as to the low-carbon life's unceasing pursue, People pursues the commercial air-conditioner more conveniently. The commercial central air conditioning was used in the large and middle civil and the commercial construction popularly, but it always brings a comfortable life in practical applications while there are problems such as high energy consumption and security.In order to make commercial air conditioning be more comfortable, energy saving, safely, flexible, it become a major air conditioning manufacturers research that operating status can be detected at any time for its effective control.Remote control technology is an important technology increasingly the major air-conditioning manufacturers attach importance to presently.As a result of the mobile terminal is used popularly and the mobile network is covered diffusely, mobile control technology has a broad prospect based on the GSM network.In the interest of GSM technology into the terminal controller, it was needed that air-conditioning manufacturers with the means of communication and interconnection agreements in order to achieve the application of intelligent and energy-saving effect.The HOMEBUS family bus (HBS for short) is used by Japanese commercial air conditioning popularly, and is widely used by leading manufacturer of a number of commercial air-conditioning in the current market, GSM communication is widely used international wireless communication. At present, commercial air conditioners are mainly draw on technology developed in Japan. There is an urgent need for a controller so that the two data sharing and interconnection.This article studies the key point is basic on how the GSM network and HBS union organic, and absorb experience and the superiority of the predecessor and mature product, innovatively use the mobile as the control receives the terminal, takes the short message as the medium, realized to the conveniences and feasibility which the predecessor could not realize only by internet completely, thus realized the commercial air conditioning intelligence, convenient, the energy-saving.The premise is that how to choose a low cost, high reliability GSM module as a platform and infrastructure, with the AT commands supported by the module, combined with HOMEBUS protocol controller for air-conditioning and air-conditioning control circuit of data transmission implementation and interface circuits, and eventually used as a standard (GSM module and the air conditioning controller combine and package together) and options (with separate package and interfaces, can be separated) the two interface design, GSM module and the main form of communication between the controller using RS232 communication protocol.Finally, the writer use the development module provided by the manufacturer with the existing GSM air-conditioning wired controller achieve basic function, and the successful completion of the communication reliability, security, and other experiments. The results showed that:The system hardware is working, the software design is reasonable. Overall, this work achieved the desired goals.
