The temperature monitoring devices equipped with lithium batteries have attracted widespread attention with the rapid development of air cold-chain transportation.Except to the thermal runaway of the lithium batteries.The influence of the operational risks belongs to the open state temperature monitoring device on the air cold-chain transportation has become a hot and difficult issue in current research.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of air cold-chain transportation,it is determined that the thermal runaway of lithium batteries are the main source of risk which is causing the failure of temperature monitoring device and the damage to cargo packaging.Then carry out risk experiments on the lithium batteries commonly used in monitoring device to classify the type of battery hazard under normal and low pressure.The operation risk of the temperature monitoring device under two typical heat abuse conditions,the abnormal heat release of the temperature monitoring device,and the calculation of the explosion shock wave were used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the impact of the operation risk on the safe transportation of aviation.The results show that the operation risk of the temperature monitoring device are the external short circuit of the device during transportation,the device stay at high temperature environment of for a long time and the shock wave generated by the abnormal heat generation and explosion of the lithium battery.Through the impact of the temperature monitoring device operating risk under typical thermal abuse conditions,the operation risks on the safe transportation of air cold-chain.It is found that the external short-circuit,abnormal heat release and high temperature standing of the device equipped with ER battery will not threat to the safe transportation of aviation,but the explosion shock wave damages the cold chain cargo and seriously damages the integrity of the cold-chain box.External short-circuit and abnormal heat release of the temperature monitoring device equipped with CR battery will not pose a threat to the safe transportation of aviation too,but the heat will have different effects on the quality of the cold chain cargo.The device equipped with CR batteries in a high temperature static experiment is more susceptible to danger than ER batteries.This research can not only provide reference for the revising the relevant standards of aircold chain transport,but also provide technical support for the inspection and management of temperature monitoring equipment and battery models used in air cold-chain transportation. |
