The rapid development of the civil aviation industry can not be separable from excellent pilots,so how to reduce the grounding rate and select excellent flight cadets has naturally become the focus of the civil aviation field.At present,the initial selection of civil aviation flight cadets in China is limited to physical examination and psychological testing,and it is impossible to effectively select the dynamic spatial cognitive ability of flight cadets.After a large number of flight training,some flight cadets will still be technically stopped due to lack of space capacity.It is necessary to study the influence mechanism of dynamic space capability on flight cadets,and provide reference for the initial selection and daily training of flight cadets.By analyzing the relationship between human error and dynamic space ability of flight cadets,the dynamic spatial capabilities including psychological rotation,spatial orientation and motion inference ability are proposed.The selection selected 44 flight cadets from Civil Aviation University of China as the subjects,using VTS psychological testing equipment and eye tracker experimental equipment.The three-dimensional psychological rotation ability and spatial orientation sense were both designed by single factor group,the independent variable was the experience level,and the dependent variable was the test performance and the eye movement indicators of the subjects.The motion inference ability experiment uses a two-factor hybrid design.The independent variables are the experience level and the experimental form(constant linear motion and shift curve motion),and the dependent variables are test performance and various eye movement indicators.Statistical analysis of test performance,eye movement characteristics and correlations was carried out by means of analysis of variance,nonparametric test and correlation analysis.It was concluded that tests related to exercise inference ability should be added in the initial selection of flight participants;but the difference between the three groups of flight cadets is not significant,and can be introduced into the initial selection separately;the spatial relationship ability and spatial orientation will be improved after systematic learning and flight training,but the flightcadets should still be strengthened.Theoretical study and flight training during the period to improve the development rate of flight cadets.Finally,in order to reduce the mistakes of flight cadets and improve the technical level of the flight cadets in the civil aviation industry,corresponding suggestions and measures were proposed from the initial selection and flight training of flight cadets.
