Study On The Operating Performance Of China's Multinational Home Appliance Enterprises

In order to seize the opportunities brought by economic globalization and occupy a place in the international market,enterprises all over the world are developing in the direction of multinational enterprises.Under the background of economic globalization,if Chinese enterprises want to be more competitive,it is a necessary way to develop into multinational enterprises.At the beginning of reform and opening up,Chinese household appliances enterprises gradually went abroad and entered the wave of globalization.After years of continuous rapid development,they have shown strong international competitiveness.After sorting out the relevant theoretical literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese transnational household appliances enterprises,and then makes an empirical analysis of the operating performance of Chinese transnational household appliances enterprises.Referring to the previous literature on enterprise performance,10 indicators are selected from three aspects: profitability,development ability and operation ability.Factor analysis is used to conduct an empirical study on 30 multinational household appliances listed companies from 2016 to 2017.Then the comprehensive performance score is calculated.Finally,the development status of each company is analyzed from the comprehensive performance score ranking.Only from the perspective of unilateral capability,the rankings of each company are different in each factor,because the development priorities of each company are different.Generally speaking,the performance of multinational household appliances enterprises will be better if they formulate sound transnational business strategies according to the external environment and their own conditions and pay attention to regional coordination among transnational companies,so as to reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency.
