| With the fast improvement of the good opportunity and competition,the operating efficiency and core competitiveness of NPP should be enhanced for gaining the superiority of electricity market.One critical factor on NPP operating efficiency is the NPP Outage.From all previous,the management level of project schedule plan on NPP Outage still has big room to improve.Making the project schedule more scientific and reasonable for NPP Outage is the key point of this paper.And it will be the decision-making basis of project management if it makes the schedule plan better.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation for Nuclear Power Plant Outage project,and analyzes the reasons why the project schedule be putted off.Then this paper compiles the project schedule using PERT.This paper studied the basic theory and method on CCPM to optimize the plan schedule of Nuclear Power Plant Outage conventional island steam turbine generator maintenance combining the characteristic of this project.Based on this method,we also should think about the inferences of resources shortage in critical path.Through setting buffer to absorb the delay risks form uncertain factors can make sure the project been finished on time.This paper made the analyses when the project meet the special situation,and proved that it can solve the problem finely using CCPM.The achievement of this paper provides Nuclear Power Plant Outage project feasible method and theoretical basis,and it also can meet the target of the plan schedule of Outage project.From the project progressing status of Nuclear Power Plant Outage project,the established project schedule is scientifically and reasonably when using the outcome of this paper. |
