Research On Ship Design Change Management And Control Towards CCDW

Nowadays,shipbuilding capacity,output and the mainstream ship products of the global modern shipbuilding,has gradually been presented in the pillar industry in China,Japan and South Korea.For ship products,ship design changes throughout the whole course of ship construction,which is relationship to the whole project schedule,quality and cost control.Based on computer supported cooperative work environment and communication mode,process of ship design change has the characteristics of distribution,parallelism,complexity,will be required to achieve breakthrough of design change comprehensive management and control urgently and reached the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency.Therefore,based on the Concurrent and Collaborative Design & Workflow(CCDW)of ship Design change management theory,the emphasis of article is on process model,process plan,process control of ship design change under concurrent and collaborative ship design,and application of workflow management system.First of all,according to the classification of different definition design change factors,use of quality management tools,analysis of external and potential factor,it is concluded that the key factors and its control principle and method.Second,on the basis of range to determine the influence of the change,through the establishment of evaluation system,which is combined with the cost,time,efficiency,risk index factors,to comprehensive analysis the influence degree of the change and realize comprehensive evaluation affected by the change.Then,in order to build process model of design change task and carry out task decomposition,using DSM method and algorithm.Based on the digital double-index evaluation technology and reorder index of coupling task set,we begin process planning of ship concurrent and collaborative design change.Finally,establishment of the workflow model,introduction of the closed loop,whole life cycle and document management technology,application of design change management system,full implementation of the ship design change control process,so as to avoid meaningless changes occur,accelerate the speed of the change process.
