Sustained growth in fixed asset investment and enhancement of environmental regulation requirement in 2016,steam turbine demands is bursting to my factory.Considering the practicality,it is urgent that the turbine factory is seeking out the effective management means to ensure orders delivery on-time.The core activity in factory is the Research and Development(R&D),but it is always delayed for shortage human resources.After a discussion and analysis of turbine industry characteristics,actual need of my factory,bottleneck constraint of turbine life cycle.This thesis discusses about the schedule of multi-project in turbine R&D planning base on mult-resource constraint.Turbine R&D project covers the wide subjects and fields,high technical contents,long R&D duration,complex Work Breakdown Structure(WBS).All of the points above lead to human-resource conflicts frequently,and delays manufacturing period including R&D duration.This thesis start planning of one turbine R&D project with Critical Chain Method(CCM),working out WBS for R&D process and its activity durations,identifying number and types of resource,seeking out critical patch by traversal algorithm,and eventually get CCM and project schedule planning base on resource constraint.After that the thesis design a way of CCM superposition which mix different projects into multi-projects,using the principle of avoidance of the resources conflict and resource buffer.Then it build and optimize the turbine R&D projects planning.In the last of this thesis,in order to show the effect new projects coming into the existing multi-projects,this thesis uses reverse-thinking-calculation method,changes constant value into ranges,simulates of expection to mlti-projects planning,resources optimization,tests the maximum capacity of resource.Senior management could make decision by above method.Through actual case of turbine R&D,this thesis custom software base on EXCEL VBA platform about schedule planning with CCM resource constraint.With the add-on functions` development,the CCM system is realized the schedule planning in five-R&D turbine projects and their resource allocations.Research on resource capacity testing of more projects increase the feasibility of CCM,while reducing its costs.CCM software has got a desired result and show the certain application value for project.
