With the rapid development of science and technology,automated and intelligent embedded products have gradually penetrated into people's daily lives,becoming an indispensable part of people's lives,and also have a very significant impact on the construction of public facilities in China.Traditional equipment with large size and complicated operation is constantly replaced by embedded intelligent equipment.Equipment that cannot be completely replaced will be integrated with intelligent application transformation and upgrade based on the original framework,including high-speed toll collection system,with the introduction of intelligent equipment,people gradually liberated from the heavy work,and the working efficiency of the highway toll system has also been greatly improved.At present,the semi-automatic toll management system is widely used in highways in China.When the system is working,the content of information collection and cost calculation is handled by intelligent products.The toll collector can complete the task only by completing the cost check.This design is a high-speed road toll system based on CC2640.The design idea is to improve on the basis of the original highway toll system to further improve work efficiency and ease the traffic pressure of the highway.The CC2640 chip selected for this system is a Bluetooth chip with low power consumption,high performance and long communication distance.It is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance Cortex M3 core microprocessor that can operate independently,which can efficiently process real-time communication tasks.The overall design of the system starts from the functional requirements,proposes the structural block diagram of the system hardware and designs the hardware main control circuit and its peripheral module circuit,then completes the circuit layout of the PCB circuit board according to the design scheme of the system circuit,and then combines the communication of the highway toll system.The protocol process is to develop the software system.The content of the communication protocol includes the highway toll entry communication protocol and the highway toll export communication protocol.The software development includes the driver hardware program,the system software program and the upper application program.After the software and hardware system is developed,Verify the health of the system by testing.The system designed in this paper integrates various technologies such as wireless communication,status display,and communication protocol from the perspective of improving work efficiency,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the highway toll collection system.In the last part of the paper,the software and hardware functions of the system are tested.The results show that the demand function proposed in the basic design scheme can meet the actual needs of the highway toll system.
