Today,the total number of bridges built in China has entered the ranks of one million.In recent years,China has completed a series of world-class bridge projects such as the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge,Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and other largescale buildings with unprecedented difficulty in construction.It also brings huge challenges to traditional bridge technology.This dissertation takes the Guanhe Bridge as the engineering background,and leverages the unique intelligence,visualization,collaboration,and simulation capabilities of BIM technology to connect specific project features and building processes,builds its BIM information model,and then expands the application of BIM technology in the construction phase.Using Revit and Visual Studio platform the secondary development and research of bridge engineering quality management system based on BIM technology proceed.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)It mainly describes the current research status of bridge construction and the use of BIM in bridge construction.This dissertation introduces the deficiencies of traditional construction technology and the advantages of reasonable use of BIM in bridge construction.At the same time,it connects the actual needs and characteristics of the project during construction and implements application research.(2)According to the characteristics of the project,a BIM modeling implementation standard was formulated,the basic principles,modeling methods,basis,and modeling process of BIM modeling were determined.BIM construction information models such as the main components of BIM construction were established to meet the project requirements.The application analysis of deep connection between BIM and construction process will provide theoretical support in the future.(3)Explore the application research of BIM-based building construction process,conduct application research on construction scheme visibility technology,prefabricated component processing and other construction links,realize the collaborative work of all parties during the construction process,and greatly improve work efficiency.Based on the Revit secondary development technology,a quality management system based on BIM technology was constructed.Using the characteristics of BIM visualization,accurate and efficient positioning of components or areas with quality problems was provided,so that relevant parties could formulate countermeasures in a more informed manner,thereby greatly saving change the time of rectification,reduce costs,and achieve information integration and sharing.The use of BIM technology has greatly improved the construction level and enhanced the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
