Research On Beam Management Of SZ Beam Engineering Project

Railway bridge is one of the important components of railway construction engineering,and a large part of railway bridge is precast bridge.This paper will carry on the analysis and research to the railway to prefabricate bridge construction quality management.Because of the complex structure types,high quality requirements,large size,long construction period,restricted by geographical conditions and large impact on the weather,railway precast bridge construction quality management is more difficult to control than general industrial product quality management.In this paper,based on a practical engineering witnessed by the author,the prefabrication of 9 bridge precast t bridge in the range of new QZCZQ-6(DK152 + 335 ~DK167 + 925)15.59 km,according to the analysis and research of quality management in the construction stage of precast bridge.On the basis of the actual engineering situation analysis,Mainly from the key points of construction quality control(construction process quality control and special seasonal quality control),the difficulties of construction quality control(quality management information and quality risk management),etc.In response to various quality requirements and problems,a series of quality assurance measures are proposed,a set of more complete construction quality management method of precast bridge engineering engineering.In the process of engineering implementation,the quality of precast bridge is improved,and the preliminary results is good.
