With the rapid development in recent years, electronic technology and computer network technology, artificial intelligence technology has gradually been used in various industries. In the power system, due to the development of sensor technology and electronic components increasingly sophisticated, professional and intelligent development of the power system, transmission, and change all aspects of equipment operation have raised the automation and intelligent Claim. As the power system circuit breakers important equipment, the work of intelligence requirements have been proposed for granted.Due to the structure of the circuit breaker are generally more complex, and its operating environment are more severe, the traditional manual inspection has been difficult to meet the requirements of the current intelligence, then need to use the current advanced electronic technology, sensor technology and computer technology to circuit breakers work of running real-time online monitoring, in order to improve its intelligence work.In this paper, sensor technology, signal processing technology, computer technology, TI’s TMS28335 MCU chip as the core platform to the circuit breaker for the study, the mechanical properties of real-time detection circuit breakers and state properties. For example, open and close current trip the circuit breaker contacts, the contact breaker arm temperature. And analyzed in accordance with these conditions, when the circuit breaker failure analysis found abnormal to TMS28335 as the core platform to monitor devices through out the circuit breaker for protection and control, while the collection of data on a real-time upload to the device through the serial port control layers.
