| With the development of economy and the progress of technology,talents play an increasingly important role in the company.Especially in the context of economic globalization,the talent flow has broken through the space constraints.Core talents with key skills become important business resources,and brain drain has become a real problem.Every enterprise has to face the reality.Especially for high-tech enterprises,the possession of core technical talents means the mastery of new technologies.The loss of such talents will not only bring losses to the human resources of enterprises,but also implies many potential risks.The background of this article is in the auto industry,that has always been characteristics with intense technology,industrial chain length.And auto industry is also a very important portion of national economy.Especially in recent years,new technology,new process,new energy and internet technology development for the automotive industry is a transformative effect.Key technology talents are an important role in the change.Company A is engaged in the automobile equipment manufacturing industry,which is a branch of the automobile industry.This paper selects four typical cases of A company’s core brain drain for analysis.Using the equity theory,incentive theory,job analysis theory and career planning theory and other tools.At the same time,A company’s human resources related to the real data through interviews,questionnaires and other methods to conduct in-depth research,obtained first-hand information.On this basis,the reasons for the loss of core talents in the four cases were analyzed one by one,and corresponding suggestions for improvement were given,including: Strengthening daily management and paying attention to the principle of fairness;Highlighting and strengthening incentives for key personnel;Specific work analysis on special links or organizations;A good career planning of core talents;etc.Talents are the precious resources of enterprises,and enterprises have paid a high price for cultivating core talents.However,in reality,on the one hand,some competitors are always coveting them in the dark,and on the other hand,the management problems of enterprises have caused the loss of talents,which makes people sad.It is hoped that through this paper,company A can really pay attention to the problem of core brain drain,and provide some reference and help for the thinking on this problem. |
