The hydraulic measurement and control technology is based on the theory of hydraulic fluid mechanics and hydraulic transmission,and combined with the theory of sensor and signal processing,testing and control.Hydraulic test bench is an important infrastructure in universities and institution,and the application of modern testing technology and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology based on virtual instrument is more and more widely.The application research of virtual instrument and electro hydraulic proportional technology is of great significance to improve the accuracy of hydraulic test bench and promote the automation,intelligence and simplicity of operation.Based on the existing hardware system of the test bench in Chang'an University,with the advantages of computer control,the intelligent control theory is applied in the research and development of measurement and control system,and then apply it in the test bench for motor speed control system.According to the test and control system requirements,complete programming software of the test and control system with LabVIEW,and then realize the data acquisition,data management and control signal loading.It can prove the feasibility,reliability and correctness of the design of the measurement and control software with intelligent control theory.The design of the system provide sone design ideas for other projects,such as,angle control,power control,and proportional loading system.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the existing hardware system of thetest bench in the laboratory,combined with the composition and working principle of the electro-hydraulic proportional pump control motor system,analyzes the functional requirements of the hydraulic system test bed,and then selec the sensor,data acquisition card,analog output card and other hardware,and ultimately determine the connection of hardware system.2.Analyze the electro-hydraulic proportional pump control motor speed control system in detail.and mathematical model the main institutions,calculate the relevant parameters with some hypothesis according to the actual conditions,and then establish the model of pump control motor speed control system.3.Analyze the existing PID control algorithm,improved PID control algorithm and intelligent PID algorithm,and particularly analyze the RBF neural network tuning PID and applied to the pump controlled motor speed control system and simulation.4.Design the measurement and control system with LabVIEW as the software platform,using the modular software design idea of top-down programming,the software of themonitoring system is divided into three parts: data acquisition,data management and control signal output module.The RBF neural network tuning PID control is realized in LabVIEW by using graphic language to improve the rapidity,stability and accuracy of the system.
