At present,inorganic insulation materials occupies a large proportion of the building outside the wall insulation.In recent years,the academic and engineering circles pay more and more attention to these problems.so,It's necessary to find some kind of insulation materials that combine thermal insulation and fire protection well to solve the problem that the market faced with now.the research content and main achievements of the thesis are as follows:1.The experiments and data analysis reveal that : After 20 years,the insulation system of the rock wool board of staff building still has good insulating property.There are no significant changes in coefficient of conduction,unit weight of rock wool board and resistant and diameter of steel mesh.2.Thick plastering technology was used to retrofit 31# and 32# buildings,So compared with coefficient of conduction and unit weight of different walls finds that :there are no significant changes,this reveals that : The thick plastering technology plays an important role in protecting the external insulation system of the exterior wall no matter that the time of sun irradiation,temperature and humidity and other external environment.3.The fire of exterior wall insulation system basically occurs in three stages: Material site stacking stage,material construction on the wall stage,installation completed after the use of the stage.And the statistical report shows that most fires occur in the first two stages,with a ratio of nearly 90%,while fires occur in the third phase only about 10%.Because during the construction process due to electrical failure and welding of Mars direct or indirect ignition insulation material.Several cases of fire case analysis and field combustion test prove that compared with EPS,XPS,polyurethane and other organic insulation materials,rock wool as a grade of combustion of inorganic insulation materials in fire resistance and fire resistance are superior to the organic insulation material.In the case of little difference in thermal insulation,the use of rock wool external insulation system should be widely used to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.4.The construction condition,material quality and construction technology are the key factors that affect the quality of the external insulation system of rock wool board,only from the above three aspects,can we guarantee the quality of the external insulation system of rock wool outside the wall.5.The amount of air pollutants,greenhouse gases,water pollutants and soil contaminants emitted in the production,transportation and use stages of rock wool products is smaller thanthat of EPS and expanded perlite.While the energy-saving efficiency of rock wool in the construction and operation process is equivalent to that of EPS,but the emissions of pollutants in production phase and raw material exploitation stage are much lower than that of EPS,and there is still a great improvement space in two aspects of the greenhouse gas and the recoverable rock fiber in the dismantling stage.Therefore,the rock wool belongs to environmental-friendly products.6.According to the market prices in the northwest,the lowest price of EPS board,but its fire safety is far less than rock wool board fire Safety,composite perfusion polyurethane hard foam is the highest cost,the lowest economic.Rock Wool Board Although the price is not the cheapest,but the construction method is simple,the construction technology is more mature,comprehensive consider the rock wool board the most economical.In addition,rock wool external insulation system greatly reduce resource consumption,reduce environmental pollution,avoid secondary transformation,reduce material waste,through environmental benefits can also reflect considerable economic benefits.
