Inductively Coupled Power Transfer(ICPT)system realizes the non-contact transmission of electric energy based on the principle of electromagnetic induction coupling,which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional wired power supply mode,and is charactered of safty,flexibility,reliability non-sparking,frictionless,and no electric shock etc.and thus be concerned and studied widely by scholars.At present,the research on inductively coupled power transmission is mainly for single-phase ICPT system.However,single-phase ICPT system has some shortcomings such as small transmission power and large output ripple,which cannot meet the power supply requirements of some high-power load.The three-phase ICPT system has the advantages of large transmission power,high positional offset tolerance,and small output ripple.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have studied the three-phase ICPT system.However,due to the high order of the magnetic mechanism and the multi-coil cross-coupling mutual inductance of the three-phase ICPT system,the research progress of the three-phase ICPT system has been certain influenced to a certain extent.Aiming at the technical problems existing mentioned above in the three-phase ICPT system,this paper takes the three-phase rail-type ICPT system as the research background,and the cross-coupling mutual inductance of the three-phase rail-type magnetic mechanism and its influence on the three-phase balance and system transmission characteristics has been analyzed theoretically.A new three-phase rail type magnetic circuit is proposed by designing and optimizing the coil positional relationship,core laying mode,coil size and number of turns of the long straight rail three-phase magnetic mechanism.The purpose is to minimize the influence of cross-coupling mutual inductance on the three-phase system and ensures the reliability and stability of the wireless power transfer.The three-phase ICPT system is modeled by using the single-phase ICPT system analysis method to simplify the mathematical model of the three-phase ICPT system,which is useful for circuit parameter design,optimization and analysis.It provides ideas for modeling and transmission characteristics analysis of three-phase ICPT system..The paper firstly introduces the domestic and foreign academic achievements,application status and development trend of the three-phase rail-type ICPT system,and summarizes the common three-phase magnetic circuit structure.According to the working principle and structure of the three-phase ICPT system,the classification and characteristics of each component of the circuit are compared.According to the research background and research purpose of this paper,the circuit topology suitable for the three-phase rail type ICPT system is proposed.Secondly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing three-phase magnetic circuit mechanism,and proposes a new three-phase rail-type magnetic circuit mechanism.Combining theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,the characteristics of the new three-phase rail-type magnetic circuit mechanism are studied.And construct the magnetic platform physical platform,by comparing the Maxwell finite element simulation results and experimental results,the feasibility of the new three-phase rail-type magnetic circuit mechanism is verfied.Then,from the perspective of circuit,the single-phase ICPT system analysis method is used to model the multi-inductance coupling of the three-phase rail type ICPT system,and the influence of cross-coupling mutual-inductance on the three-phase rail-type ICPT system and the transmission characteristics of the new three-phase ICPT system are analyzed when the mutual inductance and load parameters change.Finally,according to the main circuit topology of the three-phase rail-type ICPT system,the MATLAB simulation circuit model and experimental platform of the system are built.The correctness of the multi-inductance coupling modeling idea of the three-phase rail-type ICPT system is verified by comparing the MATLAB simulation results with the experimental results.The design method of the new three-phase rail-type magnetic circuit mechanism,the idea of multi-inductance coupling modeling and the analysis of the transmission characteristics of the system have certain guiding significance for the research of the subsequent three-phase railtype ICPT system.
