Facing the challenges brought about by the energy crisis and environmental problems,many countries and regions have issued relevant policies to encourage the development of the electric vehicle industry,inspiring a large number of experts and scholars and Auto Companies to join in the research and development of key technologies for electric vehicles.In addition,with the development of battery technology and the increase of national preferential policies,users and potential consumers of electric vehicles are also increasing.At present,wired charging is widely used to realize contact-type charging of electric vehicles.However,with the improvement of the level of automation and intelligence in the electric vehicle industry,the application of wireless power transmission(WPT)technology in electric vehicles has also received increasing attention.With the characteristics of large transmission power and high transmission efficiency,inductively coupled power transmission(ICPT)technology is one of the most studied and most commercialized technology in WPT.With the maturation and application of current electronic assisted driving technologies such as automatic parking and automatic driving of electric vehicles,and the promotion and popularization of future unmanned driving technologies for electric vehicles,the stationary electric vehicle can make a slight offset or even an accurate alignment of the electromagnetic coupling mechanism during the non-contact charging process.Therefore,this paper proposes a new type of cross-shaped electromagnetic coupling mechanism for the static electric vehicle ICPT system,which has high coupling characteristics,excellent rotational offset characteristics,and good horizontal and vertical offset characteristics.If the closed-loop control technology of the secondary side chopper circuit of the system is matched,a large full-power charging range for the electric vehicle can be provided,which is sufficient to meet the actual needs of the wireless charging of the electric vehicle.For the above analysis,this article mainly focuses on the research of electromagnetic coupling mechanism of the static electric vehicle ICPT system.Firstly,the research background,research status at home and abroad,research purpose and significance of the paper,and the organization structure and main content of the paper are summarized.Secondly,based on the basic theory of electromagnetic coupling mechanism,it analyzes the fundamental theory of resonant compensation technology and the basic theory of high-frequency electric energy conversion technology,and the energy efficiency characteristics of the entire electric vehicle's ICPT system are emphatically studied.Then,according to the application characteristics of the electric vehicle's ICPT technology,a cross-type electromagnetic coupling mechanism is proposed,and the cross-type electromagnetic coupling mechanism is further optimized to improve coupling characteristics.Then,the optimized cross-type electromagnetic coupling mechanism is taken as the main body,and the electromagnetic integrated circuit simulation of the electric vehicle's ICPT system is performed.By adding the chopper circuit at the secondary side,the system can achieve full power output within a certain range.Finally,the theoretical research and simulation results are verified by experiment research.
