Now the repair and reconstruction of cement concrete pavement is more and more, and the repair and renovation measures are “PCC overlaid PCC”,“PCC overlaid AC” or “PCC changed AC”,but after that the pavement will produce the reflection cracks, then it don’t reach the expected effect. Therefore, foreigners made the resonance rubblization technology, can effectively eliminate the reflection cracks, improving the service life of the road. So, our country need to study the technology and equipment. This paper based on the study of the cement concrete pavement vibration frequency and vibration system, combining with the theory of multi-body system dynamics, using Virtual Prototype Technology, take the dynamic simulation study for the resonance vibration system of the crusher.First of all, this paper briefly introduces the structure and working principle of the resonance crushing machine. Based on the analysis of resonant rubblization process and according to the vibration theory and the theory of thin plate, the paper deduces the vibration response equation of cement concrete pavement. And the calculation formula for natural frequencies of the pavement under different boundary conditions are obtained on a Winkler foundation; The natural frequency of the pavement under different boundary conditions are calculated, and with the different foundation reaction modulus、different thickness and length, the change trend of the natural frequency of the pavement is analyzed.Then, this paper describes a simplified model of the vibration system, and on the basis of the model the beams are analyzed; Established the finite element model of the beam and took free modal analysis; Select the beam’s natural frequency and vibration mode, and to determine the location of the positioning hole.Finally, established the hybrid dynamic simulation model of the rigid multi body vibration system; through the analysis of simulation results, verify the feasibility of the resonance crushing machine vibration system working principle and the rationality of location point’s selection, and to determine the vibration characteristics of the vibration system; establish the simulation model of the cement pavement, to form a complete dynamic model, and analyze the result to get the change of broken performance with the different excitation frequencies.This paper used ADAMS to take dynamics simulation analysis on vibration system and the process of crushing pavement, and had a certain understanding of the performance of the system; provided a relatively reliable data support for the actual production of resonance crushing machine.
