Study On The Wooden Construction Technology And Related Content In The Traditional Residential Areas At The Junction Of Jiangsu,shandong,henan And Anhui Provinces

There are a large number of distinctive traditional residence and construction techniques scattered in the boundary zone of Jiangsu,Shandong,Henan and Anhui(Hereinafter referred to as:this area),which were influenced by historical factors and regional environment.This paper explores the structure system and construction technology of wood architecture in this region,based on plenty of documents,field research and interviews with craftsmen.The research on the construction technology of traditional residence in this area is carried out from two aspects.Firstly,the types and characteristics of wood structure of traditional residence in the boundary circle of this area were analyzed and summarized,through literature reading and field investigation.Secondly,through tracking and recording the construction activities on the site as well as in-depth discussing with chief carpenter,the first-hand information on the construction process of residential buildings has been collected by interviewing the local inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of building skills.The full thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this article.It mainly introduces the necessity,importance and urgency of researching on the Large-Wood-Structures technology in traditional residence in this area.The second chapter introduces the historical environment and regional environment where the construction technology of Large-Wood-Structures in this area was formed.The third chapter summarizes the structural types and distribution characteristics of timber architecture in this area.The fourth chapter starts with the foundation of folk construction,giving a comprehensive description of the inheritance of craftsmen' craft,the organization of the team,the selection of materials and the process of the construction process.The fifth chapter summarizes the detailed rules of dimension design,component processing technology,tenon and mortise manufacture and roof truss erection.The sixth chapter verifies the scientificity of the design experience of Large-Wood-Structures which were summarized by craftsmen through establishing mechanical model.With the in-depth research of traditional architecture,the architectural characteristics of the regional boundary zone as well as the excavation of folk construction techniques and experience,have gradually attracted the attention of scholars nowadays.Based on the author's location,this paper researched thetraditional residential wood construction technology,in order to contribute a little to the traditional architecture research and protection.
